AI Nexus Privacy Policy
本政策适用于 AI Nexus 应用程序以及通过 ainexus.070801.org 提供的公开官网、账号支持、Premium 状态同步、兑换码服务和支持工单服务。
This policy applies to the AI Nexus application and the public website, account support, Premium sync, redemption code services, and support ticket services provided through ainexus.070801.org.

本政策说明 AI Nexus 在提供账号识别、会员状态同步、支持工单处理和官网公开服务时,如何收集、使用、存储和保护相关信息。 如果你通过应用内配置接入第三方模型服务,该等模型服务对数据的处理同时受其各自隐私政策约束。
This policy describes how AI Nexus collects, uses, stores, and protects relevant information when providing account identification, membership status sync, support ticket handling, and public website services. If you connect third-party model services inside the app, their handling of data is also governed by their own privacy policies.

当你使用 Sign in with Apple 登录时,我们可能处理 Apple 返回的用户标识、邮箱地址和显示名称,用于账号识别、登录状态维护、会员同步和支持工单关联。
When you sign in with Apple, we may process the Apple user identifier, email address, and display name returned by Apple for account identification, session maintenance, membership sync, and support ticket association.

为完成一次性 Premium 解锁、恢复购买、活动码兑换和后台授权,我们可能处理与你的会员状态有关的最少必要信息,例如用户标识、授权来源、交易参考、兑换活动记录和更新时间。
To complete one-time Premium unlock, restore purchases, redemption code activation, and backend grants, we may process the minimum information necessary for membership status handling, such as user identifiers, grant source, transaction references, redemption campaign records, and update timestamps.

When you submit feedback, reports, bug reports, or support requests, we process the subject, body, category, screenshot attachments, and context information needed for troubleshooting, such as platform, OS version, app version, device model, and sign-in state.

4. AI 对话与第三方模型服务 4. AI Conversations and Third-Party Model Services
AI Nexus 的定位是多模型原生工作台,而不是新的公共模型服务平台。你在应用中发起的模型请求通常会直接发送到你自行配置的第三方模型服务提供商,例如 OpenAI 兼容接口、Anthropic 或其他你手动填写的服务端点。
因此,第三方模型服务对提示词、上下文和返回内容的处理,不由本官网或本政策单独覆盖;你还应查阅并理解相应第三方服务的隐私与合规政策。
AI Nexus is positioned as a native multi-model workspace, not as a new public model service platform. Model requests initiated in the app are generally sent directly to the third-party model services you configure, such as OpenAI-compatible endpoints, Anthropic, or other service endpoints you enter manually.
As a result, the handling of prompts, context, and output by those third-party model services is not independently governed by this website alone, and you should also review the privacy and compliance policies of the relevant third-party services.
5. 本地存储、云同步与服务器侧数据 5. Local Storage, Cloud Sync, and Server-Side Data
- API Key 主要通过 Apple Keychain 进行安全存储。
- 会话记录、界面设置和大部分模型配置主要保存在本地设备。
- 如你启用了相应能力,部分数据可能通过 Apple CloudKit / iCloud 同步。
- 服务器侧主要承担账号、会员状态、兑换码、支持工单和后台审计相关数据处理。
- API keys are primarily stored securely through Apple Keychain.
- Chat records, interface settings, and most model configuration remain mainly on the local device.
- If you enable the relevant capability, some data may sync through Apple CloudKit / iCloud.
- Server-side processing mainly covers account status, membership state, redemption codes, support tickets, and administrative audit records.
6. 信息共享与披露 6. Sharing and Disclosure
除以下情形外,我们不会主动向无关第三方披露你的相关信息:
- 为了完成 Apple 登录、应用内购买、iCloud 同步等功能而接入 Apple 相关服务。
- 为了完成你主动配置的模型请求而与对应第三方模型服务提供商交互。
- 基于适用法律法规、监管要求或为保护服务与用户安全所必需的披露。
We do not proactively disclose your relevant information to unrelated third parties except in the following situations:
- To connect with Apple services required for Apple sign in, in-app purchase, or iCloud sync.
- To interact with the third-party model services you actively configure for model requests.
- Where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, or is necessary to protect service or user safety.
7. 保存期限与安全措施 7. Retention and Security Measures
我们会在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期限内保留相关服务器侧数据,并采取合理的技术和管理措施降低未授权访问、篡改或滥用风险。但任何网络传输和存储系统均无法保证绝对安全。
We retain relevant server-side data for the period reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy and adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce risks of unauthorized access, tampering, or misuse. However, no transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

If you want to correct account information, ask about membership status, understand support ticket processing, or raise questions about the information handling described in this policy, please submit a ticket through the support page. We will review and handle such requests within a reasonable scope.
